This is the outdoor dining area of Sea Change Restaurant in the Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis. Situated on the river near downtown Minneapolis, the architecture of the building is bold with big spaces and straight lines, and the steel blue color is great contrast with the green awnings of this restaurant.
